I stumbled upon
this blog the other day and I found
this post which interested me... The posts are few and far between and the specific post about a "BIM Manager" is from 2008 but I liked the PDF. I would argue that his description is more a cross breed between an IT Manager and a BIM Manager, but then again, that is essentially the point.
