Another useful tip is to be sure to set up "Default View Templates" in your view.

That way you can selet them all, right click, and select "Apply default View Template" and they will instantly change to what you have defined in your view template definitions.

Super important for files that have multiple users. Ecspecialy for views that need to be plotted. You can grab the whole set, refresh their view templates and know that the information you need will be there....

As long as no one has changed their Default View Template (or the definition of that template.)
