Revit 2012 - Autodesk Education Community Download - Still no sign...

I was getting hopeful that the Revit 2012 suites would be launching soon over at the Autodesk Education Community when I saw AutoCAD Architecture 2012 pop up recently...


Sadly, no Revit 2012 versions yet...

I think I am going to stay realistic and go with my original estimated Student Community launch date...

Why do the CAD kids get to have all the fun first?

Ok been working on this Revit 2012 this is probably beta version because lots of problem in this version. I am just making family wall based and the revit always crash so no good even the revit structure is acting the same way.

Because AutoCAD is so slow and they need more time to finish their projects, check them for errors, add all of the revision clouds, work on the RFIs from the contractors and then sit in meetings to negotiat the change orders.

Meanwhile, with your wonderful Revit software, you can run circle around them and get your design done so much faster.

Do you want me to install my Revit Architecture Citrix version so you can use it remotely?

PS. Thanks for the link for the Autodesk Virtual Event. I'm halfway there. Only need 140 more people to register.

Can anyone confirm whether there is true dual monitor support as I have read on some blogs? There have been several reports that this release would have the feature, but I don't see anything about it coming from Autodesk directly.
