Ummm, this is not a new feature list, but merely features of Revit.
Oh and 64 bit is not new, it was in 2009, I know, I am using it.
It is an updated list as opposed to the old one. Notice the ribbon bar in the pictures and some of the new added features such as the new UI and Building Maker.
I am a student and cannot use the 64 bit version. From what I have read Revit 2010 will be releasing 64 bit for students as well as subscription users.
