Do you have a tutorial on how to connect a first floor roof (over a garage that runs along one side of a home) to a second floor roof (over the remainder of the home)? How do I remove the part of the first floor roof that is under the second floor roof?

By the way, your site is very helpful and has a lot of great info! I visit it frequently.

thanks a million.

I am having trouble attaching a roof that is angled on two planes. Is is possible to attach walls to this type of roof?
Is there a video on this site that addresses how to achieve a gable end roof rake that is not the same thickness as the roof's structure? Meaning if the roof structure is 12" and the designer wants the rake (or lookout) to be 8".
I was completely lost on one how to get my walls to attach to the roof because of the different angles and after watching about 30 sec. of the tutorial I figured it out and it worked. Easiest tutorial I have ever seen. Never have heard of this website, but I'm glad I google found it for me, I will be coming back for anymore issues I have that's for sure.
