Very useful tip over at Revit Clinic:
While a perspective view cannot be assigned to a set view scale (ie 1/4" = 1'-0"), you can adjust the size of the view to make it larger or smaller.
For example, let's say you have this simple camera view set up and placed on your sheet. You want the view itself to be larger, without changing what is shown/cropped:
To change the scale of the view, select the crop boundary and go to Modify
Cameras > Size Crop:
