Revit Tip - Panoramic Cloud Renderings on Your iPad or iPhone

Every time I show someone the panoramic rendering feature of Autodesk's cloud rendering service the first question I get is "how can I show people these?"  I would normally answer with "Try KubeGL" or "log into your account.

Well, thanks to Steve over at Revit OpEd for the find, there is now a fairly simple workflow for getting these panoramic rendering to view on your iOS devices.  Ultimately, with a video adapter for your iPhone or iPad you can project and present the panoramic renderings... Sweet.

Revit Tip - Generic Ceilings and MEP (Revit OpEd)

Great tip from Steve that I, too, have had to troubleshoot in the past...

Revit 2013 - New Features - A "Light" Review

Another installment of the "Light" Review...

I have been trying to get around to my own Revit 2013 posts but the current "all-nighters", physical models, photo-shopping, structural calculations, and working at the office have really been taking up too much time...

Oh well, you can always rely on David Light's review....  Steve also posted about some nice little features that snuck through...

Similar to last year, I will estimate the Student Release date of Revit 2013 at around April 18th...  Let's see if Autodesk can beat my estimate this year too!

Anyways... let me get back to my not sleeping and you can all enjoy the virtual cornucopia of information being released about Revit 2013.

Revit Blogs via Revit Op Ed - What Sites to Follow?

People always ask me what Revit / BIM blogs and website I follow.  If you check out my Blogger profile you can see the specific blogs and sites I follow...

Steve, over at Revit Op Ed, has an excellent list of Revit and BIM websites... By excellent I mean more than you can even read in one day...

Click here to see Steve's list of Revit and BIM websites....

(P.S. - He marked this blog as a "Must Follow" ... Thanks Steve!).

(P.P.S.  For some reason Greg's blog (Revit3D.com) is not on that list... You should definitely follow it!)
